[Resolved] HDFC Bank — to have cash back of cp policy | |||
My home loan account[protected] was repaid before time. Cp policy was charged to insure the loan amount',. I paid loan amount before time so some of my policy amount was to be refunded to my sbi ac. I visited so many times to hdfc bank ajmer and every time they assured me to repay my policy amount. From last one year to till today no amount is transferred to my account. I am an HDFC customer and having good transactions in whether personal loan payment or credit card payment.
But the bank charging more financial charges and Taxes without any reason.
The hardly earned money goes unreasonably.
Can I get solution for this issue?
