Hi Team, i have been charged Rs.112.30 as TPT cash txn charges for the months Nov 13, Oct 13 and Jan 14 from your bank without any prioir notice and which was not deducted previosly. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account because other banks don't charges these kind of taxes like yours. how can you ppl deduct in 2014 for the year 2013. Kindly refund my deducted amout.

Hello, Am amount of 112.36 is deducted from my account as TPT cash txn charges Feb14 090414 without any prior information. No mail alert is received for the same.I want to know on what basis this has been done. Where should I complaint about the same? Nothing was mentioned regarding this extra charge and I really like to know about this ASAP

On my account there is charge for 224.72 as tpt txn charges. First of all I dont understand why it is. These are charged without intimating and also for dec13 mentioned. HDFC is looting the money from each customer and in huge money scamming i hope so.
Please take proper action on them.

We wish to inform you that above account was charged for third party cash transactions.
Effective 1st Sep-13, any 3rd party cash transaction would be charged Rs.100 tax for amount upto Rs.50, 000 (above Rs.50, 000 is anyway not allowed).
Till 31st Aug-13, 5 free 3rd party cash transactions per month were allowed and from 6th transaction onwards Rs.100 tax was charged for salary account holders
Third party cash transactions are cash transaction done by any individual other than account holder himself
The charges levied are as per the fees and charges applicable on your salary account held with the Bank
