HDFC Bank — transaction failed - amount debited

Dear team,

I've made a transaction on 27th september @ a sweet house for 315rs... But the payment was failed and i have made another transaction which was successful.

So my account got debited for 2 times... And i didn't get the reversal till now for the first transaction...

Even i have raised a complaint on hdfc portal as well...

Please resolve it on priority...

Its been 8days... Till now I didnt get the amount back very very bad on your part...

I was never expected this much delay response to the complaints even...

We don't need you apologies and thanks... Etc... Please check and refund my money back On priority...

My food card got damaged and i applied for new xard. Balance amount dint get transfered to my new food card.

Now how to transfer amount from old food card to new food card.
