Bank complain number : banc[protected]
I did a transaction using hdfc debit card for rs 7433/- and the transaction failed but the amount was debited, contacted the bank multiple times but the resolution dates are getting extended every time i contact hdfc customer support.
Even the manager has no clue what's happening, multiple times they promised that they will arrange a call back but every time i call them to hear a new promise tat and the ticket is closed assuming that the refund is initiated.
I have not received single email or call from the bank, its been a mental harassment for almost 2 months.
We are middle class people and we need to survive with the salary we get, due to the negligence of the bank we bored the money for interest and we are paying interest due to this.
I am the only source of income for my family and my father runs a garments which is under lose. So i have to take care of my parents, grand mother and brother. Its been a very tough time for me and my family.
Request you to resolve the issue at the earliest, so that i could avoid paying interest for another month. Was this information helpful? |
