HDFC Bank — transaction failed but amount deducted

Concern my problem as my transaction failed but the amount was deducted.
I contact the jio customer care they told me that they haven't received the payment so unable to issue refund confirmation. Following information have been provided please refer and solve the problem:
A) bank transaction id : txn#[protected]
B) transaction is failed but amount is debited on[protected] : 03:16 pm of rs. 349 in mumbai at jpbppi
C) saving a/c no. [protected] sbi salasar
D) name: ramdhan sewda

Please credit back the amount.1
