[Resolved] HDFC Bank — transaction failed but amount has been deducted | |
Dear sir/madam, I had paid an amount of rs. 1280/- through hdfc net banking to purchase an online course from udemy on 11/04/2019. The amount was deducted from my account, but the transaction was not processed. I had to pay a sum of rs. 1280 again to purchase the course. In case if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end.
