HDFC Bank — transaction failed but my bank account is debited

I made online payment for nielit ccc registration fee Rs 591.47 through hdfc debit card.my transaction was failed with error'Reasons', sorry!we are unable to process your transaction...what to do now??
Rs 591.47 hasbeen deducted from my account and simultaneously my registration fee is not done..please refund me that much of amount.help me
