[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Transaction not done by me

this is to inform you that on 15/02/2017 you have charged an amount of Rs. 3616 on IBIBO WEB PVT Ltd Gurgaon which is not done by me and I don't remember any such transaction done by me. kindly reverse the amount and look in to the matter. I have given complaint to the phone banking agent and registered to block my card and and they have given me the details to post this through your site. I hereby submit my card holder dispute form duly attesting for further action.
