[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Transaction on my debit card not successful but the money has been deducted | |||||
My debit card was swiped for a transaction at a restaurant amounting to 4000 inr. But it was not successful, and the amount got deducted. Next morning i receive a message from the restaurant stating that the money has been reversed to my account. But it doesnt get reflected in my bank account. Its been 10 days from the incident but nothing is happening. The customer care executives cant give a proper solution to the problem, every time i call they come up with some stupid responses. Really disappointed to see this state of such a popular bank. Deductions happen within a minute but when it comes to reversing this takes an indefinite amount of time.
