[Resolved] HDFC Bank — transaction through bhim app failed but money is not credited back

While paying to ola taxi through bhim app, the transaction was failed due to server error but the money was deducted from my hdfc account. But after 4 days i got the notification from bhim app that the money is credited into the merchant's account. This should not occur as i already paid the money to the cab by cash since the transaction was failed. Now the cab driver is not ready to give the money back and continuesly telling that he hasn't got the money. And the hdfc customer care team is not giving the proper update on it. Please Dont transfer money from your HDFC Bank Account. These guys are charging 5.31% interest for every 1000 rupees. I am totally fed up of the hight rate of interest charged by the bank. Dear HDFC Bank you've just lost a customer who was using your service for 14 years. I humbly request not use HDFC Bank.

My account was opened as a salary account and they said thier will be no deduction regarding this account but 29 ruppess from my account has been deducted as the NWD DECCHG on september 18 2019 ... why so..??

I created a FD through netbanking and now I am not able liquidate it online or from branch. Call phone banker and he said its not possible since its a Tax Saving FD.
