[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Transaction Timed out

I have transferred 10, 000Rs/ from my HDFC account to other SBI [protected] account on 25 Sep, 2021. Account debited from my account but not credited to recipient. Transaction timed OUT status shows in my NetBanking as Transaction Initiated.

Kindly look into the issue and I request a refund asap. PFB details for your reference

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that, the referred transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. In case beneficiary confirms non-receipt of payment, we request you to share mail confirmation from the beneficiary bank, stating :
1. Non-receipt of funds at their end.
2. Amount received by them has been refunded to you. Please request the merchant to share details of the beneficiary account to which the refund was processed and the mode of the refund for us to take it up further.
