HDFC Bank — Transaction timed out

Address:Hassan, Karnataka

While paying bill transaction was stuck and I received message like timed out that amount is debited from my account but not received by beneficiary. And also not refunded really felt bad about hdfc bank services. How long does it take to refund my amount.
