HDFC Bank — Transactions converted to EasyEMI without intimation even when bill due is paid on same day

I've done two transactions of 12, 237/- and 10, 619/- on date 18/10/2020, also I've credited the total billed amount of 22, 858/- on the same day on 18/10/2020 but still the two transactions have been converted into EasyEMI by HDFC. I've contacted them several times but they are not responding.

I've credited the debited billed amount on the same day still they are charging me the interest on two transactions for 9 months each. Total interest comes as 2, 996/-. Why should I pay this extra interest and GST charges even if I've credited the total amount on same day? The amount is not small. Kindly take some action. Without any intimation the transactions are converted into EMIs even if I paid the billed due amount.
