Dear Team,
This is about how HDFC has been charging me and then tricked me.
If yes, would you be kind enough to tell me why there have been so many deductions in my account # [protected]. I have not used that account in years. I have sent multiple emails to you asking to close the account. If I visit a branch they tell me that I have to get my bank account transferred to their branch and then only they can close my account.
Then you put my account into negative by penalising me. Your team lied to me by saying that if I deposit money then they will waive the negative amount and I can maintain the minimum balance and there won't be anymore deduction. So last week I put 15K into the account. The negative amount got balanced and your team didn't help.
Now you have been charging me with something like the below every two days. Soon my account will go to negative again because you keep feeding yourselves on my money like a leech.
Is there any difference between you and the extorters ?? Do you have any idea about when will you stop this harassment and cheating?
