[Resolved] HDFC Bank — two wheeler loan due payment still no updated it's 10th day

I have made payment of 5617 due payment through imps ref no[protected]
To ac no-[protected]
Which is still not updated it's 10th day after payment has been done your customer care said wait for 7 days. I waited now again 7 days after raising sr it's just not acceptable.
They are not ready to give me any option where i can reach and get resolved as i am migrating in couple of days
