Also tried to contact our rm but unable to get any solution for this issue. We are facing this issue since long, but unable to get any satisfactory and permanent solution. They tell us to delete temporary files and do login, the same method works sometime but not always, no permanent solution. Not expected from a private bank. Poor service. I have submitted a Account closure form for closure of Account [protected] on 1st December 2018 and have paid the Non maintenance fees. The account has not been closed and have been charged fees for non maintenance of minimum balance.
