[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — unable to get into net banking even after entering the correct credential

Address:Besent Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I am unable to use hdfc netbanking. The issue is for otp. The bank is sending otp only to a registered mobile number, not on email. Without otp, it is not allowing me to enter into net banking. My registered mobile is deactivated and i am out of india hence cannot update mobile number visiting bank.

Please suggest how can i update my mobile number in hdfc account so that i can access my account. I cannot go to india just for updating mobile number.

In case you are abroad, we request you to send the signed scanned copy of physical request, regarding mobile number updation (as per below format), from your registered email id to [protected]@hdfcbank.com We wish to inform you that you request for mobile number updation will not be processed, if it carries any other instructions ( e.g. Address change, Email ID change, Netbanking request. etc.) along with it. Please note letter should contain your Account number, Customer ID, Old Mobile number and the New International Mobile Number along with country code that the needs to be updated. Kindly fill up the attached request form and send the scan copy to us. There should be no special characters / 00/ space present before the country code and mobile number. NOTE: 1. Request received from unregistered email ID will not be accepted 2. Request for updation of Indian Mobile number will not be accepted.
