[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unable to get re-debit card to my address

Hdfc sending new debit card to old address even though i updated my current address in home branch. Customer care service is worst. They listen like they care but unable to solve. Even today one lady disconnected my call after elaborated discussion in the name of call transfer.
Even i lodged complaint in website also.
They too failed to solve. Kindly do the needful. My user id 50908228.

Updated by arkay3019 Here again today (23rd Feb 2019)got a mail from HDFC that unable to deliver the card to my address.
Dear concern Iam attaching image of my current residence address which was updated in your HDFC account database.
Kindly cross verify with the address on the cover (courier) so that u will get a clear idea of whats going on.
