[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unable to operate locker/ delay in locker operation | |
I have visited the east fort branch, trivandrum twice to operate my locker there and both the time i was told that the concerned person with the key was missing from the branch and i have to wait. First time i had to come back without operating the locker and today i had to wait for a long time for the person to come to the branch. I had reported this to the branch manager but the response was not very customer centric but supporting his staff.
