[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unacceptable charges | |||
Hi team, I’ve tried numerous times to get in touch with a representative over call but couldn’t. There have been numerous charges on my card. The first one is on 10-jun which is for 700₹ for non maintanance which happened last month as well. I told the lady last time that i had to left my job in nov 17 because i was on bed rest for 4month coz i met with an accident. Lady said the charge will get reversed and will be converted to salary account but again this month there is a deduction for 700₹ on june 10. That’s not all now on 28jun there is another deduction for 500₹ narrated as eaw however i just did two non-hdfc bank transaction for that there is already the deduction for 23₹ twice then why 500₹ again. I have been connected with hdfc for a long time and never faced any problems in past however in last 6month its been the worst experience with you guys. Representatives just disconnects the call while talking. Kindly revert at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
