Hello Sir/Madam,
I see two deductions in my account dated 18/01/2022[Rs. 826/-] and 18/10/2021[Rs. 206.50] in the name of Depository Charges and I’m trying to contact customer executive for the same from months but they never respond to the call after waiting for hours.
If the customer executive is connected, they will say call will be transferred to concerned department then the call will be disconnected.
From one of the bank representative I was asked to send a mail regarding this to a Mail ID : [protected]@in.hdfcbank.com, but this ID is a fake one and the mail never got delivered.
I have never received any communication over mail/sms regarding the deduction.
It’s not right for a dignified private bank to deduct customers amount without their knowledge. I wouldn’t have realized if I hadn’t checked every transaction of the statement.
I have tried raising complain in hdfc portal but that never worked, some or the issue with the portal just wasting my time.
Looking for the resolution at the earlies as its already long time. Was this information helpful? |
