[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorised transaction on 20th march 2019 through electronic mode | |
On 20th march 2019 at 00:30 am, approximately rs. 6, 000/- was debited to my account through some unauthorised online transaction at google * youtube super. I have not made this transaction, on the same day, i have visited delhi connaught place branch of hdfc band have submitted "cardholder dispute form" and has also blocked my debit card through netbanking. Now, i am neither able to lodge to complaint through phonebanking nor have received any confirmation from hdfc side, that my money is safe. I have also attached a screenshot of all the unauthorised transaction from my bank account. Please guide, what should i do further? My details Name - rohit jain Bank account no. Apr 13, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved It took almost 3 weeks but all my amount got refunded. Thank you for the appropriate response.
