[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized activation insurance | |
My name is md naushad alam. I am using hdfc regallia credit card from one year, on 17.04.20 rs.900 got deducted from my card for hegic-credt shirld %26amp;flc and 100+gst for emi processing fee - smartemi in rs295.54. I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorised manner. I request for policy cancellation to customer care. So, i request to please refund all amount +any taxes which were chargedto my credit card.
