HDFC Bank — Unauthorized amount hold and no response | |||||
I transferred an amount of Rs. 38000 in my hdfc bank account on 02/11/15 surprisingly an amount of Rs. 23750 was hold without any information and when i tried to call and visited HDFC bank they are unable to give any information and says this is due to credit card. due to a theft i blocked my credit card and i have not received any credit card after that and for last one and half years i have not used hdfc credit card so how can they hold an amount just like that. i tried to call credit card department and they are unable to resolve my issue and gave me a number[protected]/02 and no one receiving call on this no. Now i am helpless as my amount is hold and i have to survive for one month I request a refund of my full amount and if HDFC bank needs some amount they can talk to me on this but this is not the way as no one is responding Was this information helpful? | |||||
