[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Unauthorized annual fee

Hi, I see an unauthorized annual fee levied to my account which is actually not valid. Information for partially said to me. Customer care said me to activate the smart pay to get life time free card but never said you need to keep for 3 months.. This is not valid. Without passing correct information you cannot charge the fee.. I'm not going to pay any fee.. Cancel the card immediately

We wish to inform you that your credit card has been issued as a priced card and in view of the same, fee plus GST is applicable as per the product feature.
