[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized charge on credit card | |||
Hdfc bank charge me rs 1399/- for some plan on my credit card without my knowledge. When i made complain regarding this to customer care they gave me comittment that i will receive my refund within 48 hrs (Which never came). I followed up several weeks and was getting same response that this is a genuine charge and we cannot refund it. After a month the outstanding amount was more than 1399/- they charged me addition fee (Late fee charge). I disputed again because it was an active case which was not resolved by the bank. Due to my studies and work, i stopped following up with bank. The amount is now rs. 8760.42. Please help me out with this. I am 26 and i am the only earning member of my family. Thank you.
