[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized credit card charges

I have salary account in HDFC Bank, when i joined the company the whole kit is given to me including credit card. When i denied to accept credit card, your executive Rahul said it is part of kit, its upto me if I use it or not.

I have'nt even open that envelope but now after 18 months of accepting that credit card, your bank deducted the amount of 5108.

When i called the customer care centre, they said they said they have blocked my card but i need to make payment.

Kindly refund me my amount.

Updated by Priyanka Miglani Its been more than 30 days, I am waiting for the response.

I have forwarded my problem even to senior management of the Bank but no one is responding.
