[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized deduction | |
Hi hdfc Since i open my hdfc account as salary account after leaving the company i didn't use my account and but later i come to to know that my account was in minus -9000 so after talking with the branch manager they reversed my account into 0 zero on july 2019, now i'm working in a company and my monthly salary is 15000 but when on oct 29th when my salary was credited you deducted 4961 on 2nd nov without any confirmation so itz like now im working to pay hdfc because itz looks like you are deducting the amount which was in minus before and i'm not happy because now i don't want to work 10hours a day and let you let you take my hard earned my money. My amount has been debited twice yeaterday while shopping at Brand Town Store.
First transaction was failed and original receipt is with me but still my amount was debited.
Please refund my amount.
