[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized emi transaction on debit card.

Hi, this is regarding my debit card emi. I got a mesage on october 16th 2018 as i have purchased for 24499 as emi on my debit card for 12 months which is not actually done by me. Even i didn't get any otp for this transaction. I have contacted my personal banker regarding this and also i have reached two hdfc branches near me. But i couldn't get any proper response from them. All i could hear from them is only through phone banking i can resolve this. But trying to reach them through phone banking for three days. It is useless and couldn't able to connect them.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that two debit card equated monthly installment loan is issued on your account. Also amount of Rs. 13490 is refunded to your account. However we are unable to find any debit of Rs. 24499 on October 16, 2018 as per our records. We request you to to provide order cancellation number for further cancellation process. Even to cancel the EMI for 24499 your customer care peoples ask me to connect to debit card EMI section [protected]. but seriously, i couldn't able to connect this number for past two days. then how can i provide you the cancellation number. And my E-statement for debit card EMI got generated along with 24499 and will get autopay on Nov 5th. before it got paid i need to cancel it. Please can you help me cancel the EMI?
