Hi, It is so pathetic today, i have received message from AX- HDFCBK stating my Mandate Reference number (XYZ) issued to Oasis with value of Rs.10000 and frequency is received today for processing, if any issue contact Branch, BUT WHILE I CALLLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE NOT EVEN AWARE WHAT IT IS ?? WHAT IS CUSTOMER CARE THEN ? WHOM TO CONTACT THEN IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ?? Was this information helpful? | |||
