[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized third party transaction deduction | |
Have received an unauthorized deduction of rs. 177 on dec 27th for third party cash transactions charges. Attaching the screenshot for your reference. After so long waiting in queue i got connected with cce of hdfc. She told me that this is because some one deposited money physically in my account by visiting other hdfc branch rather that hdfc home branch. I want to know why such kind of deduction is there if this is within hdfc channel. My father visited hdfc bank (Shahganj - jaunpur branch) and deposited rs. 2000 in my account on 22 dec. I am not able to understand if it is within your bank channel then what kind of service charges you are deducting. The cce told me if this transaction was done trough net banking then there was no charges. How does it matters if someone is transferring money via net banking or via physically visiting the branch. Is there something that for you money value changes with channels. So next time i will ask my parents to deposit money via online channel then would you give me extra money?
