[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized transaction of my hdfc credit card - very bad services | |||||
Hi, i have received sms of two unauthorized transaction as below:. It is now more than 17+ days & there is no updated. I am filled dispute from & send on cc. [protected]@ hdfc.com, but there is no any reply. I have called multiple times to cc & rm, but no update. Instead of tracking this transaction, they have bill this amount with current statement. Please escalate this to high management to look in to this. 1st trx - 05 aug 2017 - 21.02 - rs -31143.92 was spent on[protected] 21:01:36 at wish.com 2nd trx - 05 aug 2017 - 21.02 - rs -9204.00 was spent on[protected] 21:02:00 at agoda hotel reservation.
