[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unauthorized usage of hdfc bank credit card | |||
Unauthorized transactions happened in my credit card for 3 times each for rs.6400/- (Total 19, 200) on 08/06/2017 at 01.35 indian time. I received 7 messages in just 2 seconds from hdfc bank for these transactions. These transactions were neither done by me nor authorized by me. I didn't receive the otp for these transactions. I received the message like "rs.6400.00 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 1992 on[protected]:01:35:02 at steamgames.com." I was shocked to see this message 7 times. I blocked my card immediately and raised a complaint on phone, raised a dispute. Please ensure that for all my transaction i want to receive otp on my mobile.
