[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unethical behavior | |||
I had received a call from mr. Ashok and mr. Karthik from hdfc regarding credit card payment, the language tone and attitude of these two employees and utterly demeaning and their language and tne of voice is threatenning where he even said "i know how to get money out of people", "im working in the bank, not you" "how can you use so much money in 6 months"? He is a bank employee what right does he have to ask me what and how i use the money. If a payment is to be made, it can be done with respectful and diligent workers not foul mannerless empolyees.
