HDFC Bank — Unethical behaviour | |||||
Sir/madam, I hold an account i hdfc bank, mumbai central branch, My account no. Is [protected] Today i was in a queue 9am and along with e their were 50-60 people in a queue but hardly 6-7 people were allowed to enter and that to took hours for one customer's transaction. The reason was given that the server is down, but the employees were busy on calling.in the nearby bank about a 100-150 people were done with their work, but in my branch the same thing is happening daily which is unbearable. No employees nor manager is available to answer our queries. Is this the way we are expecting the change in our country where high worth customers are given more priority and others are fooled by pleasing words. This issues have became a daily dose o our life now from the day new system is announced. Near about straight 5-6 hours are wasted daily i the queue outside the branch and no work is been done. People who came out o the branch after their work done they complaint that there are 4 counters in a branch but 2 are opened where one is for senior citizens and one is for account holders all work are done by a single employee.
