[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unethical behaviour of customer care | |||
Dear sir, I hv taken a two wheeler loan, n hv been constantly paying the Emi. From last 2 months, there stands a big problem.the emi gets cut on whatever dates they like n not on 5 the as advised.Also although the Emi has been cut, it is not updated in system n customer care constantly calls n uses unethical behaviour for emi. Later after 10-15 days they say sorry n say tht system was not updated. This is very harassing. Even today some ms bhagvati in noida called behaved very badly for not paying the Emi.
