Hi This is really shocking that a Bank like HDFC have hired agents who does not even know what are the basic etiquette's while speaking to customers. I received a call from no [protected] and was shocked to see this kind behaviour where a agent tells you buy this policy and on raising a query on the authenticity of the call the response was go to hell...
