[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unethical ecs dr return charges

Hi - i have a salary account with hdfc bank and the account number is [protected]. I have linked lic to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs. Unfortunately i have not maintained the balance for the month december 2016. So i have paid lic the actual amount with fine. But hdfc bank has deducted several charges (Attached).in all the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions. Jan 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved On 11th January. i received an email from Uma B stating i am not reachable. I replied back stating that, i am out of India for a vacation. On the same day, i noticed the charges debited in credited back to my account again. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. It is asking for date of debit. But doesn't provide the date format. I tried every possible ways and i am not able to submit the form.
