Month of November 2015 HDFC Bank send mails & flash messages on internet banking of the customer, the promotion was provogue India products which is mainly watches like free cost and we have to bare only shipping charges.
On 30/Nov/2015 I have ordered one watch(order no:[protected] through embed provogue page from HDFC internet banking webpage and the product is delivered on 25/Dec/2015 which is damaged product. I have sent many mail to provogue but no response and i tried to send mail to HDFC bank but mail not get delivered due to size limitation.
I placed order watch with provogue because HDFC bank promote this seller offer and bank send a mail & popup on my net banking portal. When i check about this seller in forums found as provogue is main defaulter and providing damage piece to consumer. Please refer below link is about their service.

As a client we are trusting HDFC bank, but HDFC Bank entertain Unfair trade practice with Provogue India.
Bank suppose to secure their customer but in my case bank made a trap. Am wondered how HDFC bank promote this kind of seller(Provogue India) who never do ethical business & never response to consumer mail & calls.
