We are s.b. a/c holder in HDFC Bank since long and bank Based on value of our deposits parked with bank have given us status as CLASSIC CUSTOMER. we received mail from bank as under "Dear Meera Kulshrestha, Thank you for choosing to be a part of the HDFC Bank Classic Banking programme. Warm regards, Nitin Rao Head - Private and Premium Banking" In mail they have mentioned various benefits being classic customer which are not availed by most of customers and status of classic customer given by bank due to value of deposits parked by us in bank and not asked by customer . Now after a long time they are imposing management charges which is not reasonable. Bank is already earning on our money.and compensating by way of benefits to their classic customers.
