We wish to inform you that we have received ACH mandate from M/s National Securities Clearing Corpn Ltd with reference number HDFC[protected]. On mandate verification, we have accepted said mandate on 09.10.2018. Further, we request you to visit nearest HDFC Bank branch for submission of ACH mandate cancellation request letter or you can write back to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com from your registered Email id, in case if you wish to cancel said mandate.
