[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — unnecessarily charging membership fee on credit card renewal

Have owned credit card from hdfc bank previous year, with condition if i do the first transaction from payzapp application then it will be life time free for me i. E. For renewal charges will be applied on credit card. Then how come 500 bucks along with 900 bucks as gst is applied for membership renewal fees. Do not understand this cheating done by such brand name's. Attaching the ref. No and complaint no for your reference.

We wish to clarify that, 4 transactions need to be completed at M/s. Payzapp in your card account. We do not observe the said condition being met within 90 days of card issuance to enable us to convert your existing card to Life Time Free card. Hence applicable fee as per the product feature was billed to your credit card account. Hi Manoj,

This is was really not at all conveyed to me that 4 more transactions I have to do. You refer to my mailbox which is present in netbanking which is actually present for every user but problem is that all emails more then 180 days gets deleted from there and also your representative do not respond to personal email id...?? So I don't have any proof in my hand as of now. Also I had registered a compliant on 16th Oct'2017 on your HDFC bank escalation portal but you don't respond on that, same query was raised by me at that time what I have to follow the process to get life time free card. Also your representatives on phone conveyed that only 1 transaction I have to do on Payzapp application but however your policies changes every week so I do not bother to your attached link. What ever was conveyed and that I had followed properly but then too this is cheating with. If you want you block my credit card I really don't want such thing. I have made certain transaction before for which I will credit all the amount in next 10 days, post which you can block my card. I don't want to renew this card any more.

See I was true and I have fulfilled all your conditions to get life time free membership card. You can refer to the attach mail snap shot and mail description too. But still I have one problem that Rs.88 is charged as GST, so I want to what GST charge is applied. I have refer to the various sources and confirmed that if their is late payment in against credit then I have pay interest including GST but from last one year I have not made any delay in payment. So why this is charged. Kindly clarify on this.

I have already paid all outstanding of my two wheeler Loan agreement no. 22495809. But written off is still showing in my credit score.I have informed HDFC Bank Silchar BRANCH about this matter but till date no action is being taken. Please resolve, reply and inform credit bureau asap.I am not able to apply for any new loan.

I have applied for HDFC bank gift card plus on 18th September, 2018 of Rupees 1500. Money have been deducted from my hdfc bank account on same day but today itself I have not received the same.I have contacted bank branch and customer care is not responding regarding the same. Please provide me a contact details which could resolve my issue.
Dear sir kindly inform you that you have send me new card in last month 18.09.2018 but that card is not working .
