HDFC Bank — unnecessary detection of amount from salary account reg..

Hi team,

Am investing in hdfc mutual fund for the past two years. And from last march (I. E) 10/03/2017 they are detecting an amount of rs 500 towards ach d - tp ecs make. I am not aware of the reason for the detection. And this is happening on 10th of every month till date. Will attach the screen print of my e - statement along with this mail for your reference.

Can you please stop the payment towards this. And also is it possible for the refund of the amount which is detected.

And already i have submitted a complaint 20 days before for the same and also dropped mail to [protected]@hdfc.com. I didnt get any response for my email. So can you address it asap.
