Respected sir/madam I am customer of hdfc payzapp, recently i was not able to update kyc with payzapp after being a hdfc customer and having a salary account with hdfc so i contacted payzapp customer service but the person named shabir was talking unprofessionally and in rude manner and was not giving solution for my query. Verified Support Jun 29, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Our team has tried to contact you however could not get through. Please note that review of PayZapp account indicates that the mobile number 770xxx6717 is still a Minimum KYC wallet. We request you to update app and change the details in PayZapp application as per the details available in Aadhaar by going to Setting page and click on Manage Profile. Kindly follow the steps below to update your KYC details post updating the profile details in the app: Login to PayZapp Application >> In the Home page screen, please select "Validate your KYC" through the banner. On clicking the same, customer will be redirected to a link to update your Aadhaar details. Once the Aadhaar details are updated, it would take up to 7 working days for the KYC status to be updated. Also, in view of the feedback please note that we would like to thank you for taking the time to advise of your recent call interaction. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued customers.
