[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Unwanted credit card charges

HDFC credit card bill was due on dt. 25.dec.2016, i issued chq on dt. 22.dec.2016 and deposited cash on dt. 23.dec.2016 for clearing. chq cleared on dt. 28.dec.2016. HDFC bank charged me rs.700 as late fee and rs. 2311 as finance charges plus service tax rs. 421+15= total amt rs. 3447. there was bank holiday from 24.dec to 27.dec. after repeated complaint they are not considering to reverse the charges. complaint no are [protected], [protected], etc, at the time of every complaint they are offering me different type of reversal scheme like, only rs.1999 can be reverse, 50% can be reverse etc. i argue them that i am issuing and paying on time, then why i will accept part of the charges ?

It happen due to bank holiday, i already deposited money before due date. if required i can provide bank statement. i am paying HDFC bank TRANSACTION AMOUNT+2% payment gateway charges on every transaction, still they want this type o[censored]nwanted charges. they did not reverse a single rs. till yet.
