[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unwanted deduction in my bank account

Hi, 10 days back my account have 10000 balance but now i have rs 0 balance and as per your cce employee he say it’s deduct by loan dept against my two wheeler loan and my amount bounced only two times. According to policy 800 will deduction when bounce payment but around 5500 rupees has been deducted from my account i want my money back on urgent basic because this month my whole salary deducted by hdfc that’s the reason of my struggle

This complaints regarding unnessasary charges in my hdfc credit card this problem phases regularly

need to do waiver o[censored]nnessasary charges on urgent basis and fix these issues permanently
