HDFC Bank — Unwanted Harassment - Personal Loan | |||
Dear Sir Madam.. I have taken the Personal Loan (Loan Number :[protected] of Rs. 80000 and completed 29 EMI out of 60 EMI. Last 6 months i could not able to pay the monthly EMI Rs. 1903 due to Financial Crisis and Father Death. I have explained the situation to HDFC bank by mails many times and asked the Settlement. But Last 3 days i have received the call from[protected] & [protected] (Mr. Justin) and i have clearly telling about my situation and confirmed i will make the settlement on Jan 2017. But he was not understand and listening my words and used unwanted words and also he was continuous called to my office manager and discussed with him about my transactions . He was threatened me bu telling unrelated words. Kindly consider my request and Situation and stop this type of mis activities. Also i have asked the Official Mail ID from him to send the previous correspondence but he was not at all confirmed his identity . How i believe he was the HDFC Bank Staff.Please take immediate action against him and confirm. Was this information helpful? | |||
