Dear sir
I am saranya worked in hdfclife in 2012 to 2014. My resignation is a voluntary resignation which was officially given mail by hr team to me and irda chairman, but they have updated as company initiated to exit in hdfc portal. Despite of several requests they are not updating my resignation status as voluntary resignation. They have also given false information to irda that there is no hdfc portal. Kindly help me in updating my status as voluntary resignation in hdfc portal.
