HDFC Bank — urgent complaint regarding unnecessary emi charges on credit card and lack of response to previous complaints

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding the unnecessary EMI charges that have been applied to my HDFC credit card, despite making timely payments every month. Additionally, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of response to my previous complaints regarding this issue.

My credit card details are as follows:
Credit Card Number: 8583
Customer Name: abhishek tiwari
Statement Period: Jan 2025 - Feb 2025

I have consistently ensured that all my payments are made on time, and there has been no delay on my part. Despite this, EMI charges have been applied to my account, which I believe are unjustified. I have raised several complaints previously regarding this matter, but to date, I have not received any response or resolution.

It is concerning that, despite multiple attempts to get clarification, my concerns have not been addressed. I kindly request that you urgently look into this issue, provide a detailed explanation for the charges, and reverse any erroneous charges if applicable.

I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and ensure prompt action. I would also appreciate it if you could acknowledge this complaint and confirm that it has been escalated to the appropriate team for resolution.
