Updated by Rahul14291 Being a very reputable organisation, they guys are doing your job very worstly. I have used my credit card and couldnot able to pay due to financial constraints. Now when I'm trying to pay so these people of hdfc banks are harrasing me like I'm a thief. Being very genuine and constantly talking to these people, I got to know that these people have worst customer representative sitting there on payroll or as a third party. This
person with the contact number : [protected] is constantly harrasing me, my family and my friends.
This
person names 'neha' uses vulgarity while being on call and says " tu paise nahi dega toh tera baap dega ", tere saare relatives ko call krungi "
Is this the way people works at ur place ? I know I have to pay you back for what I have used. I'm ready to do that.
He is been calling one of my friend 'sunil' on [protected] and harrasing him on daily basis. He is been calling my friend 'sanjay ' on "[protected]" and uses bad words like "apne ghar ka address de", "tu or vo ek ka hi lete ho gaand main", " uske office pr jakar hi uski beizzati karni padegi", sHe uses bad words which is not tolerable. I know I have to pay my bills. But why should I do if people like this will call and harras over and again.
This is not the way. If people like this will call and harras over and again I promise I will file a complaint of harrasing and attempt suicide.
Then this will sue HDFCguys. They guys will have to pay for it. I've been annoyed by these recovery agents so many time but they are not understanding what I've been gone through and still going through.
Now who is going to pay for this mental harrasment. Tell me ?
Are they guys ? Or these recovery agents ?
I'm very fed up with regular calls to me and my friends and family.
If in this situation if i take wrong decision and commit suicide then who will be responsible for this??
who will look my family after me??
seriously today i felt how people commit suicide.
